Though I ALWAYS create a custom talk for each organisation I work with so it focuses on their specific drivers of collaboration and culture, there are two flavours of talk that I deliver over and again.
TALK 1
Inspire and upskill EVERYONE who goes to meetings
This is a great talk for a inspiring series or a lunch and learn session. Examples of what I typically cover:

- Rethinking collaboration -the six principles that transform how we can meet and communicate better at work.

TALK 2
Activate leaders to create a fast, agile organisationÂ
This talk is for your top 100 leaders, helping them get to grips with new ways of working and exactly how they can set this change alight. Examples of what I typically cover:
- WTAF is going on with meetings culture in this otherwise brilliant company?! What is it really costing us? And is there anything we can do about it?
- The secret life of how we meet and collaborate, and why it resists change
- Establish the culture you need - through meetings
- The science bit: how does shifting norms, behaviours and systems work in real life?

- I'm one of the most experienced and innovative designers of new ways of working in the UK, with 18 years experience reducing the friction of collaboration for organisations - including meetings and asynchronous collaboration like email and group chat.
- So obsessed with improving meetings and collaboration culture, I did a PhD at Cambridge, researching meetings as part of complex systems.
- My PhD thesis was described as 'game-changing' for Meeting Science because it exposes the huge extent of factors which influence meeting culture and explains why introducing meeting rules so often fails.
- My approach works because it works with your people and the constraints and drivers they are faced with every day. I can show you how to design new ways of working that release time and effort in your specific organisation - ways that everyone welcomes!

TEDxSevenMileBeach
I was one of the early TEDx speakers over ten years ago, delivering the anchor talk at TEDxSevenMileBottom. I spoke candidly about my experience as a business leader and proposed a new model for making organisations the lean, purposeful, human-centric systems they deserve to be.Â
Keynote at Spark Action conference
I hosted and provided the keynote talk at the Onefish Twofish "Spark Action: How to activate change in your organisation" conference, alongside our client speakers from Mondelez, BBCWorldwide, Pfizer and MyHomeMove for our 200 delegates. I spoke on developing an Adult-To-Adult culture at work.
Medical Research Council
I delivered the keynote talk at the MRC Leadership day in Cambridge, exploring new ways of working so some of the brightest medical minds in the UK could deliver more impact, more quickly.
