  • I'm one of the most experienced and innovative designers of new ways of working in the UK, with 18 years experience reducing the friction of collaboration for organisations - including meetings, email, group chat.
  • So obsessed with improving meetings and collaboration culture, I did a PhD at Cambridge, researching meetings as part of complex systems.
